Stark Tower (also known as the Avengers Tower) is a building that is currently offering residential and office floors to only those approved by Tony and Pepper Stark. Given the number of Avengers currently residing in Stark Tower, as well as the main labs used by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, security in this building by far exceeds that of any other building in Seattle.
The car garage is not accessible from outside of Stark Tower, nor is it accessible to visitors in the lobby of the building. On each floor, there is an elevator that leads directly down to the basement to prevent tying up the other elevators. The garage can be utilized to store any vehicle of any resident of Stark Tower and opens up onto the side street rather than the main street.
Also located on the basement level of Stark Tower is a common area accessible only to residents of the building. This area is directly connected to the underground car garage and can be sealed off should a threat be present. In a case of extreme emergency, smaller safe rooms are accessible through the common area, and while some are used for things like wine storage and for the storage of residential upkeep equipment, they are equipped to handle most any attack.
Security is stationed at the man desk in the lobby of Stark Tower; anyone is permitted to enter the main lobby so long as they clear the metal detectors at the door. Visitors must be on lists approved by the residents of Stark Tower to be given access to any of the elevators leading to apartments. Only those with resident security cards are free to come and go as they please.
The first floor is the main common area of Stark Tower, specifically designed around each of the Avengers' personalities. Each Avenger has their own open 'nook' of sorts, as the floor is divided into equal sections with each section built to represent the Avenger it belongs to. If your Avenger is big on reading, their nook would consist of comfortable furniture and books, for example. Each nook is open and overlooks a single bowling lane, so Avengers are free to roam about.
The second floor is home to Clint Barton and his fiancée Kamila Maximoff. Like all residential areas, it is a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment with an open concept main level, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
The third floor is home to Steve Rogers and his daughter Sarah Rogers. Like all residential areas, it is a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment with an open concept main level, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
The fourth floor is home to Bruce Banner, Natasha Romanoff, and daughter Sarah Rogers. Like all residential areas, it is a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment with an open concept main level, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
The fifth floor belongs to Natasha Romanoff, the only Avenger (outside of the Starks) to have a personal claim on a second floor. This is the floor she claims as her legal address to prevent enemies from showing up around Bruce or Sarah. This is also where she chooses to train and work on upcoming missions. Because of this, her floor has been dubbed the "spider's web".
The sixth floor is a common area that is open to all residents and consists of multiple safe rooms containing each Avenger's personalized weapons (most of which were created by Tony Stark), as well as safe rooms containing weapons that available for shared use. This area requires additional clearance and can only be accessed through a hand print scanning.
Also on the sixth floor is an extension to the common area where the weapons are kept. This area houses all of the Avengers' suits, such as Iron Man's suits, Black Widow's uniform, Captain America's uniform and shield, and so on. Much like the weapon safe rooms, this area requires additional clearance and can only be accessed through a hand print scanning.
The seventh floor is a common area that is open to all residents and consists of an expansive training area that includes a rock-climbing wall, yoga equipment, weighted punching bags, weight lifting and cardio machines, a weapon training area and a sparring/boxing area.
The eighth floor is a secured med bay that is used only for the non-urgent treatments of any of the resident Avengers. With one quarantine room and one general treatment room, this area requires additional clearance and can only be accessed through a twelve-digit code and the scanning of a resident's security card. Only those with appropriate backgrounds may treat other residents.
The ninth floor is another common area, though is able to be used as a waiting area of sorts for anyone waiting for updates from the med bay. With an open kitchen, fully functional showering rooms and a giant resting area, this is the perfect place to curl up to watch a movie, to catch up with a familiar face, or to take in the breathtaking view of the city below.
The tenth floor consists of business offices owned by Stark Industries with amazing views of the entire city below. These spaces are not currently for sale; some are occupied by employees of Stark Industries such as Bruce Banner and Pepper Stark, for example. This area requires additional clearance and can only be accessed through a hand print scanning.
The eleventh floor is the floor with the most security, as it contains the labs that beings like Tony Stark and Bruce Banner frequent the most. Because of the sensitive information and production paths, this area requires a security card (different than a resident card), vocal recognition, a hand print scanning and a twelve-digit security code to gain entrance to this floor of the building.
The twelfth floor is home to Tony Stark, Pepper Stark, and son Rowan Stark. Unlike the other residential areas, it is a five bedroom and three bathroom penthouse with an open concept main level, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
The roof, while an entrance to the building for Tony Stark while in his Iron Man suit, serves as more common areas for the residents of Stark Tower. With a surrounding balcony, there are areas to lounge in the sun and shade, tables set up to enjoy a meal outdoors and furniture (outdoor chairs and small outdoor swings and sofas) that are perfect for the small, up-to-code bonfire pit.
The roof, while an entrance to the building for Tony Stark while in his Iron Man suit, serves as more common areas for the residents of Stark Tower. As well as a surrounding balcony, the roof offers a large infinity pool and outdoor hot tub, complete with pool-side lounging beds, all of which overlook the gorgeous city of Seattle below. The pool is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
